The Home Inspector conducted a radon and home inspection on a house purchase. His extensive knowledge is due to his construction background and many years as a home inspector. If you are buying a house, it is a big investment. An unqualified inspector can miss important items that can cost more than just the inspection fee.

The process of closing a home out-of-state went very smoothly. He did an excellent job. Everything was handled over the phone and then through the realty again. They sent me a lot of reports, including pictures and detailed information. Sellers are repairing and replacing the things that are damaged or need to be replaced.

He showed us problem areas, and explained what needed to be done. He was easy to talk to and very professional. I highly recommend Beneficial Home Inspections LLC.
