The home inspection we provide is very thorough and will usually take from two-to-four hours to conduct. After the inspection is complete, a comprehensive report and color photos are printed out detailing the findings, and this is provided onsite at the time of the home inspection before the home inspector leaves. We welcome all questions, even days or weeks after the inspection has been completed.
Our years of experience throughout North and Central Ohio gives us the knowledge to inspect homes of all types, sizes, and ages. We have extensive experience in homes built near the lake, century homes, slate roof properties, older larger homes, and new builds.
