Big Sky Homes-Billings Inspectors
Big Sky Homes is a family owned and operated business serving Eastern Montana, Eastern Wyoming, and the Western Dakotas. Since 1984, we’ve been providing customers the homes they need at the price they’re looking for. We feature both manufactured and modular homes built by Highland, Dutch, Redman, Clayton, and Northstar Systems Built. All of our homes can be built to HUD or IRC codes.
Looking for some office space? We also offer a commercial division within our product line. Create your perfect workspace with a new modular office or bunkhouse.
We purchased a manufactured home from Big Sky Homes of Billings. We used their in house financing and our financial account was mismanaged. Financing through them in our opinion is not worth additional fees they tack on. Not to mention it took 3 months to close! The delivery driver ran our home aground (a separate driver who moved the home said “this happens all the time, home owners aren’t usually here to see this” – Charles of C&L transportation). I appreciate the effort of Mr. Ethan Payne in helping me work from home despite being quarantined. Profits have been made weekly as he promised, I invested $700 and now making $8,200 weekly, All thanks to him, wouldn’t have been easy during this lockdown he made me and my family smile.
These people are the worst business dealers ever. We purchased our home in February and this week was the first we have been able to move in. Most incompetent business we have ever dealt with due to promises made and not kept, slow workmanship and at every turn a new problem with them. We do not recommend dealing with this business.
I have had several business encounters with this company and have always found them to be very responsive, professional, and fair. They have gone out of their way to help me many times with different business ventures and investments. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with mobile home purchases, sales, or appraisals.
Lady Saleswoman was very nice, knew her product. Willing to help any way she could.
I’m pregnant and came with my mother to see some houses last week. Not a single mask in the place, okay so you think you’re somehow immune whatever, I’m not. We tried to just stay 6 feet away from the sales woman which was hard because she made it a point to get closer when we backed away, whatever. Would have still, begrudgingly, put myself at risk to look at houses here but I’ve now been waiting since Thursday for a call back on ONE price, on a model we were interested in purchasing within the next month. Much better luck at literally every other place in Billings.
