Professional & extremely thorough. The report was prepared in less than 24hrs. the report itself didn’t leave any detail’s out.
My husband was correct ,I’m responding your response you are trying to discredit my review. We shared our experience I’m sure there are other people who used your SERVICE feel same. How come all your positive reviews are done by people with 1 review?.Mr Biju Joseph are they done by you with fake names?.People who reading your response can see you not behaving normal.Good luck to you .
He is very professional, thorough and goes the extra mile to make sure every part of the property is inspected. His report is very detailed. Worth the money. The review below by a Mr. Bonny is definitely a fake review.
I wanted an home inspector who was also a home engineer given that I was buying an expensive new construction and wanted an opinion on the basement foundation cracks. He was told before he went. Not only did he never document anything regarding it (not sure if he was covering himself for liabilities?) but he never mentioned that the home didn’t have natural gas (was propane). On day of signing .. I find out. That’s a huge negative as propane is far expensive than natural gas and I could have negotiated better. The whole point of the inspection is to mention these things. My lawyer was the one pointing it out that. I ended up buying the property but I felt I could have used anyone given his lack of documentation. I also wasn’t present when he inspected as I had work. Part of me thinks whether he was paid not to report such a blatant part on the report. He was thorough with everything else, had good photos. But not the one you want to call for new construction.
