The dude was THOROUGH. 108 page report with details and pictures, saved us big time from a money pit. Thanks so much Kit! His work is worth every penny.
They manually turned off our disposal, now mind you this requires a special allen wrench to disengage the motor on the bottom of the disposal. Mind you we were not in the home as we are the sellers, this inspector told no one he altered my home. Imagine our surprise when calling a tradesman to fix our disposal when this information was shared. Inspectors are not to alter a homes operation in anyway and if they do because of some reason tell someone before they spend money on repairs. There are way to many good inspectors out there to let this guy into your home.
