I was referred to Ms. Williams by an associate. Although, we have not been approved for a purchase and did not have a budget she made time for us. Ms. Williams is very informative on the process of purchase and the current sellers market. She gave insight on locations and surrounding areas of interest for my Veteran father. She even discussed manufacturers homes, which had not been on our radar, this option may be more affordable. Ms. Williams demeanor of respect, and detailed work ethic is an A+ in our book.
