Blue Door’s team and I had an excellent experience. They were polite and very professional. Blue Door and his colleague arrived quickly and completed their work efficiently. They answered all our questions and provided valuable information.
Before buying a new house, we were searching for a home inspector. We were happy to find Fireman Home Inspections, and we interacted with Lee. His communication and service were excellent. He was punctual, arriving before our scheduled time. Lee thoroughly inspected the property, examining it from top to bottom. He then went over the findings with us before he left. He answered all our questions in a polite and friendly manner.
Blue Door did an amazing job inspecting our first house. He was very thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. Mark answered all our questions and quickly provided a detailed report. Blue Door Home Inspections LLC wants the best for its clients and will go to great lengths to ensure they provide reliable service. I would highly recommend Blue Door Home Inspections LLC for all new homeowners.
She excels in all aspects of customer service while providing clear, concise and thorough home inspections. She is willing to travel to locations outside of the Albuquerque metro area for her customers. I fully applaud Blue Door Home Inspections and will continue to use their services.
I had an inspection done on a house were looking to buy and jennifer was very nice, very punctual and very thoural in the inspection.
I was recently in the market to purchase a home, where the home I was purchasing just had an inspection completed the month prior. All the necessary repairs were completed based on the identified findings. Now, I could have easily just accepted the previous inspection as they were InterNACHI certified, and saved myself a few hundred dollars. However, I always believed buyers should purchase their own home inspection and be present during the inspection. I’m so glad I took my own advice. Jenifer with Blue Door Home Inspections was very responsive and client focused. She was on time and thorough in her inspection, identified and explained her findings, and produced the report in a timely manner. Several items Blue Door Home Inspections found were not on the initial report, including water leaks under the sinks and a gas leak in the garage. Once the repairs were completed, Jenifer, in very short notice (a few hours), made arrangements to meet me back at the house to review the completed work and conduct a post inspection. Again, she was on time, very thorough in her re-inspection and explanations, and timely in her follow up inspection report. If you are in the market for a home inspection, give Blue Door Home Inspections a call.
