Missed so many things on my home inspection. I’m still paying to repair/fix what was missed. Look elsewhere when searching for a home inspector.

There were several things missed on the home inspection that we are still working to repair/fix. All of the plumbing for the sinks have had something wrong from replacing the full faucet to replacing a trap. The attic inspection was not an inspection. Tim stuck his head in the attic after asking if we wanted him to check the attic. After we looked in the attic we noticed the wood behind the siding was either missing or has huge holes in it that have to be replaced, there is exposed wire, the insulation has paper backing on it, the vents for the bathroom are venting to the attic and the vent pipe for the septic was venting to the attic instead of through the roof. Look else where for a home inspector.

Inspection was done too quickly. Lot of stuff missed and since this was my first house purchase I’m a little annoyed considering I was wanting to hire a professional to come in and look before I bought. Next time I’ll be a bit more picky with who I choose to inspect considering this was my only choice at the time.
