Blue Sky Home Inspection, LLC & Results Pest Control

This company did a wonderful job inspecting my home, and was willing to work with us after a scheduling blunder, but the owner was a little inappropriate. However, his son that was present was very professional, well-spoken and hard-working. I have added an extra star because his son was awesome.

At first I was very pleased with the services I received from Blue Sky, however there were some oversights that were major misses for example the heater was missing the necessary duct work for transition between summer and winter. The cold water especially in the bathroom is lacking. The AC was new but the motor only lasted a month. The back gate was installed wrong and had to be addressed within the first month I moved in.

Blue Sky did a home inspection on the house I purchased and they gave me an inspection report saying I only needed a “good touch up” on my roof. It needs a whole NEW roof which is thousands of dollars. Also, the HVAC is on its last legs.I notified them, but no response. There was not “normal wear and tear” but GROSS NEGLECT on the property.

Mike and his son were awesome! They took their time and checked every little detail and made sure to give me enough information to make the decisions I needed to. They even put up with my kids running around the house behind them.

I’ve seen other guys do a home inspection in 20 minutes which is a no no. Blue sky did an amazing job. It took them 2 hours to do a whole inspection with two guys which is how it should be. Very nice and pleasant guys to work with. They are definitely the best hands down… also, you can’t beat the price!!

I appreciated the ability to walk through the home with them while they explained the problem spots they were seeing and the potential remedial steps. These two went above and beyond, finding several possible issues that less dedicated folks would not have caught. Great value, great customer service. Blue Sky Home Inspection is a top notch business which I would recommend to anyone.
