Blue Tree Home Inspection

My buyers used them for a property they were purchasing and received the report which stated there were not any issues in the attic area or with the A/C unit. After my clients moved in there was a line leaking from the A/C in the attic causing more damage to the unit and water damage to the ceiling, the insurance sent out professionals who stated the A/C was damaged from the condensation line which had previously been repaired and there was repair work done in the attic previously. None of this was noted by the Home Inspector Osvaldo Reyes (owner), and when my clients called them and reported this he only stated he would give back the amount of the inspection cost and then would not respond any further.

Very punctual and professional. They came well prepared and were done in no-time. They inspected both my homes and some friends and very satisfied. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t want to get taken advantage of.
