Andrew was absolutely fabulous to work with! He looked over the house thoroughly and took the time to update us and explain things along the way. Very detailed report that he turned around super quickly! Would definitely recommend Bode Home Inspections!

Top notch. I work in an industry where I am consistently fixing problems for customers that the home inspector missed. Bode is NEVER one of the companies that I hear complaints about, and was ADAMANTLY referred to me by someone who used to own a home inspection company. I used them to inspect my own house, and I STRONGLY suggest you do the same. They are honest, knowledgeable, and THOROUGH. They offer discounts to veterans, and are reasonably priced. Call them, or call me six months later when you have to fix something the other company didn’t even bother to check.

Timely, professional, knew what to inspect and was defined areas that may be of concern. He showed us what to look for in the future to determine if a problem may be starting. Thorough and had an electronic inspection report as soon as he completed the home inspection. I would definitely recommend Bode services and expertise for your inspection needs.
