Look no further. I personally have known Bob For more than 20 years. He is very experienced and has held many positions in CREIA. His findings and reports are very detailed and spot on. Don’t mess with cheap inspectors when purchasing the most important item in your life! Your home!

My client hired Bob to do an inspection on an older home in Payette in April that he was purchasing. Bob was right on time and very professional looking. Bob took his time going through the attic, home and basement. He also inspected the yard and detached garage. He went over everything with the client and I and was extremely knowledgeable about older homes. He gave my client suggestions on what he should be concerned about and how to fix it. Bob emailed my client 2 reports, one was a very detailed report and the other was a summary report, within a few days. This is the first time that I have had him as an inspector and I would use him again. I highly recommend him. Thank you Bob!

I have known Bob for about 15 yrs, I used him for 100% of my property inspections not only as a buyer, but also for all of my clients when I was a Realtor. As I transitioned into lending I recommended BOB to dozen of Realtors who swear by him as well. He is a wealth of knowledge and you can count on his assessment of any home you are considering. You will be very pleased not only by the quality of service, you might find yourself having great conversations as well.
