After more than 16 years working in real estate development, Jeff successfully transitioned to a career as a certified professional Home Inspector. His experience working with architects, engineers, contractors, builders, suppliers and regulatory agencies have provided Jeff with the foundation to be an outstanding home inspector. In addition, his hands-on experience as an architectural designer coupled with a strong attention to detail, means that you can rest-assured you will be receiving one of the best home inspections available.

Jeff is a Jacksonville native, born and raised in Duval County. He graduated from the University of North Florida, and currently lives at the Beaches with his wife, Dina and their dog, Pete. In his spare time, you can find Jeff surfing, cheering on the Jaguars, or working around his home on various projects.

Mr. Jeff did a fabulous job on a home inspection for us prior to the purchase of our home. He was extremely thorough and the details helped get some items addressed and taken care of we never would have seen. His photos and explanations also helps us to take care of other issues that will need to be addressed later down the road. He was essentially a life saver for us in deciding to purchase our home and can’t thank him enough. The service he provided in our eyes was priceless. Definitely will utilize him in the future for any inspections.

Amazing experience with Jeff! He was not only very thorough with our inspection but went over everything with us and took time to answer any questions we had. The report is detailed, clear, and has many quality photos attached for evidence of his findings. Pricing is very fair and I am pleased with the service. I would recommend this inspection company to anyone in Jacksonville.
