Wayne was great, so professional and organized! He came fully prepared and was really thorough throughout the property. We only had a small condo and it was limited in the sense that Wayne could not get into the maintenance roof or up on the roof to check certain systems. That said – he did try! He also walked around the grounds of the complex and noted additional things for us – he actually used to be an exterminator which was really helpful! Overall I would definitely recommend!
