As a part time Real Estate investor, I have used Mike from Bonsai home inspection on a handful of different occasions. Mike is very Knowledgeable of his craft, and most importantly up front and honest! He understands that I am a investor and that I need to be aware of every small detail, so I know I am making a good investment prior to purchase. He has on many occasions come across issues that were not clear by just looking with the naked eye. He has saved me a couple times on making a bad decision and for that I am truly grateful! If you are looking for a thorough home inspection from a experienced professional then call Mike!! You will not be disappointed!

Bonsai was the best!!! February 4, 2022 10:51 am

We used Mike at the recommendation from our realtor. We had other home inspectors in the past and another on the house we eventually bought (because mike was on vacation) but by far Bonsai was the best!!! He was so thorough and the price was very fair. Mike did two inspections for us during our lengthy home search and during one found a very rare (and would have been insanely costly) problem for us. I would recommend bonsai to anyone looking for an honest, easy going and fairly priced home inspector. I used to work in real estate and almost everyone uses Tiger because they are big but there is no service like small company service and now I know that 🙂

Let me start by saying as a first time home buyer looking for my first rental property, Mike as a Real Estate agent gave me the best home buying experience I could ever ask for. Always there in every aspect of buying when you need him. As for a home inspector, this guy is amazing!! He took his time to inspect the property and not only that he provided me guidance and answered all of my questions during the inspection. This man is full of knowledge, strategies, and resolutions. He explained everything to me down to the very last detail of the house. During my time of worries during the inspection, his words of reassurance calmed my nerves and gave me solutions and that exactly what you want to hear! Finally, I will recommend him to all of my friends and family. I am giving him a 10/10
