Pricing for a home inspection depends on the size of the house, and distance. When you contact me for a quick price quote, I believe you’ll find my fees to be fair, and on par with other local home inspectors. I am also able to give discounted rates for adding a wood destroying insect inspection and/or Radon gas measurement, since I will be at the house already for the home inspection.
