I’ve had several home inspections over the years and usually I felt the inspectors were just ok, kind of rushed and honestly not looking out for me the buyer. Brett went above and beyond in ever way. He took the time to show me the attic area and gave me tons of tips to lookout for in the future. He has a very deep knowledge and a true willingness to share his expertise and break it down for anyone to understand. In the end, you can tell Brett really cares about his clients. I’m rarely impressed, Brett surpassed my expectations by far. I’ll be using him again for any future purchases.

Honestly Brett was fantastic and I highly recommend using his services if you need a building inspector. We had moved from overseas and relied heavily on Brett’s inspection report so I asked a lot of questions. He was super patient, kind, and very thorough in his explanations. We implemented every one of his recommendations and I have no regrets whatsoever. He made very helpful suggestions for future maintenance as well.
