Home ownership is an achievable goal and dream for most of the people in Montana. It can be a scary journey getting to home ownership, but with the proper team around you the fear can be minimized. I have purchased many homes in several states due to my military service so I understand the fear. I have experience as a home buyer, home seller, contractor, mechanic and 22 years of service in the Army. I wanted to find a way to assist my local community when I retired from the army and by becoming a home inspector I can assist my neighbors in achieving their goals while minimizing their fear.

Brett quickly responded to my radon request and I was very impressed by his professionalism and communications skills. He answered all my questions and did an outstanding job installing a quality radon mitigation system that exceeded my expectations. The radon level went from 12.7 all the way down to .27 two days after the installation was complete.
When I called Bozeman Mitigation Services to check my house for Radon I was pleasantly surprised at the immediate attention to my concerns. Before I could prepare Brett was at my front door ready to tackle my Radon situation. He was confident from the “get-go” and he delivered in a very professional manner. My basement is now at level 1.4, down from 5.7 first reading. Thank you Brett for a job well done.
