BPG Inspections – Chicago Home Inspections

After hearing about this company from a co-worker who had used them the previous year, we decided to have BPG do our inspection. Needless to say, Jason G. performed a very professional and informative inspection. Explaining what he was looking for and his findings as he made his way through the inspection. A solid 2 hours later, we were given a summary of what major and minor defects were found during the inspection and given explanations as too why certain defects were major/minor. I will definetly be using BPG in the future for any home inspection and request Jason perform the inspection.

This would be a good company to use if the homeowner of the home they were inspecting, had zero knowledge of home repairs and how much they cost. This company has zero knowledge on what repairs costs and taking them seriously would cause you to lose out on a good deal.

Ken was a consummate professional with a deep understanding of how everything in our newly purchased home works. His report was thorough and customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.
