Mike Sullivan was the home inspector. They have many loopholes to get around their unprofessional, negligent and fraudulent inspection and report. Very unreliable inspection and report. Find another company and/or inspector.
Will never do use this company again. I ordered a roof, home, and sewer inspection totaling 920$. The price was pretty standard, the review is based on professionalism. I paid with a credit card over the phone and was told the reports would be emailed to me which they were not. When the inspectors were scheduled nobody called texted or notified me they were on their way or if they even completed the job.
