BPG Inspections - Tampa Home Inspectors
BPG inspectors perform comprehensive visual inspections involving a home’s major visible, structural and mechanical systems for homeowners and prospective buyers. BPG Inspectors adhere to the appropriate state licensing law for home inspections (where applicable) or a nationally recognized standard or practice for home inspections such as ASHI or NACHI standard. The items examined in a typical home inspection include the plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems, foundation, roof, exterior and interior structures and built-in appliances. The visual inspection culminates in a set of comprehensive, computer generated reports describing the condition of the items and systems inspected. Your digital report with photos will be delivered within 24 hours or less.
AWFUL COMPANY! I paid $400 for a home inspection and the inspector couldn’t even see that the HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER doesn’t work. I called them to give me a partial refund for their mistake since this is a basic need and they refuse to even reply to my requests.
His report was very thorough and easy to read. I showed up to the property for the tail end of the inspection and he took time to talk with me and actually showed me the items that needed addressed. Very nice man, would highly recommend/use him again!
. The lengthy report proved to be helpful but noted mostly small issues like worn pipe insualtion or non grounded outlets. Nothing was noted about how my countertops were not attached to cabinetry, and the whole kitchen was essentially a botch job. Also recently hired an electrician who says our breaker box is not up to code which was not noted in inspection. So disappointing.
