We had Richard come out to do an inspection on our home February 4, 2022 5:35 am

We had Richard come out to do an inspection on our home just prior to our home warranty expiration. He was on time, very professional, very detailed and we are VERY happy with the quality of the inspection. We are able to now submit the things he found to our builder to have them corrected before our warranty is up and we have the peace of mind knowing we have had the house inspected by someone we feel is extremely competent. Highly recommend Richard and will pass his name onto our neighbors.

Worth every penny. Richard was extremely thorough tackling all major aspects of the home’s construction down to the little nitty gritty nuts and bolts. Very professional and responsive. Received a very thorough report with photographs in PDF format at the end. He was also happy to all questions and able to refer several sub contractors. Highly recommend Bradenton Home Inspections.

Richard was punctual, thorough and professional which is everything you want in a home inspector. He is very knowledgeable and the report was extremely detailed to the point that even our home warranty representative noticed. We did an inspection before our 1 year warranty from the builder was up and I’m glad we did because the things Richard found and our initial inspector missed far outweigh the cost of the home inspection. Thank you, Richard! We will definitely be using you again for future inspections.
