I had Brandywine Home Inspectors come out to do a whole house inspection. I had bought a home in as is condition and knew that there would be some minor work needing to be done but wasn’t sure how much. Rich from Brandywine Home Inspectors was the one that came and inspected my home. He was fantastic! He was on time and pointed out several things I never would have even thought to check for. He was also able to explain things in plain and simple terms. He was very thorough with his work and I couldn’t be happier with the inspection he completed. 5 out of 5 hands down.

I used Brandywine Home Inspectors for the inspection on my first ever home purchase. I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with everything! The inspector was personable, informative and clearly cared greatly about making sure all my questions were answered and that I understood everything. He arrived early and I never once felt like the process was rushed. Great value for the money! Even added the sewer line scope at the last minute! The report was delivered within hours. I would highly recommend and would certainly use Brandywine Home Inspectors again!

He has done a fantastic job on my client’s behalf, combining his years of experience in construction and inspection services to provide a 5-star service to those who work with him.
