If you are inspecting a home you are selling use this company to learn everything you may possibly want to fix prior to putting on the market. If your home is already on the market, use another company that may be more lenient in its reports!

They are quick to respond to phone calls, provide straight information, are very reasonable priced and give detailed professional reports that don’t exaggerate issues. Overall, Jeff was punctual and his report was detailed and provided a clear picture of the issues that we were going to face in the house.

Jeff was thorough, professional, and informed…he offered a lot of detailed information that helped us feel knowledgable about the home we were planning to buy. Jeff is a pro. His attention to detail is outstanding. Raised in a construction family and a contractor himself, Jeff’s understanding of building gives him a depth of knowledge in his field that is unsurpassed. This week he discovered a foundation issue that saved my clients from assuming liability on a problem that will easily cost $100,000 to fix. Jeff’s inspections are the best insurance policy in town, do not ever buy a home without one.

Neither my husband nor I had ever purchased a home before, and Jeff and Samantha were instrumental in helping us find a home that wouldn’t break our bank with repairs after closing. I truly can’t say enough good things about them. Samantha is incredibly friendly and responsive, and she and Jeff bent over backwards to fit in TWO inspections during the height of the busy season so we could close before I started a new job. Jeff is a real “straight shooter,” as our real estate agent Sandy Cassaday (who I also highly recommend) came to refer to him. He saved us from moving forward with a home that was structurally unsound and gave us the confidence to purchase a sweet little 1920s home. His reports are detailed, accurate, and easy to read. I will continue to refer to ours to guide future updates and maintenance. Samantha also conducted a radon test for the property as well, which turned out to show levels that require mitigation.
