After a year long search, we found a home we thought would be our dream home, one in which to build a life and raise a family. We called Bright Inspection Group for a Pre-Purchase inspection. Douglas arrived as promised. He could see our excitement as young newlyweds, buying our first home. As much as he knew how badly we wanted this home. He explained all the unforeseeable problems we would encounter, not to mention the endless costs we would face if we went ahead with the purchase. We reluctantly passed on the home at the direction of Douglas and his team.
