We used Greg for a home inspection more than once. First of all, whatever time he gives you is the time he’ll be there. Don’t be late, he is [very] punctual. After the first home inspection we knew he’d be the only home inspector for us. Very responsive and he was professional from the initial phone call to us receiving the inspection report. We had questions about the report, he took time to go over it and answer any questions or give clarification. His job is to perform an actual inspection (duh) and he does it very well. Greg is detailed oriented and has a passion for what he does.
