There are too many good things to say about Brooks Home Inspections of Tennessee, LLC for this small review, but they are reasonably priced and you definitely get more than your money’s worth with Jason’s inspections. He is very knowledgeable, extremely thorough with his work, he’s willing to answer any questions you might have, and is willing to talk to you even after the inspection if you think of something else to ask. He was willing to work around my schedule in order to do the inspection so I did not have to take a day off from work. Their website is really easy to navigate, and they respond to emails and phone calls extremely fast.

Super thankful to Mr. Brooks for his time and expertise when I was shopping for my first home. He found existing issues during a home inspection that I would not have been able to take care of on my own, and therefore saved me from a costly mistake.
