Rick was highly recommended by my agent. I trust my agent so I called and booked him. I had a strict timeline and needed my inspection done in a week. The nice lady at the office booked him without hesitation and right on the day that was perfect for us. We arrived about 15 mins early and Rick was there to greet us! We hired him because he is the best and he fully lived up to that expectation. Very nice, very thorough, and very detailed. Checked many things I know that most don’t, Including things like we didn’t have a doorbell or tempered glass window by the front door. We were there for about 2 hours and got a full report from him a few hours later. Took pictures and gave us all the information we possibly needed to decided if this condo was a good purchase. He gave us the clear and we are about to get the keys! Thank you for all your help!!
