Real estate inspections are also about the safety, for all parties involved. There are many instances where a repair reveals a health risk. The most seemingly minor issues can turn into major ones in an instant! Like a cracked foundation, which can easily lead to structural instability or the possibility of radon buildup. A crack in an old wall could finally expose occupants to asbestos. Even a broken light fixture is a sign that something isn’t quite right, it indicates the possibility of faulty wiring which is a fire hazard. If any one of these issues pop up, then those using the property are in danger, while those who sold it could meet with some serious legal ramifications.

Job well done. Butler and guys did an excellent job and cleaned up. Henry pointed out I had some electrical issues to tidy up before they could insulate. Thankfully they were trained to spot potential problems and point them out. They insulated the shop but had to reschedule the house. Henry commented was a great company to work for. That in itself says a lot about the company.

I phoned a few spray foam places in my area but fortunately decided on the Great Butler Insulation. The staff, from the original phone call to the work performed was amazing. They fit my small job on time and did a great job. I can’t say enough about this insulation and the people that work for Great Northern Insulation, but I will say THANK YOU

I hired him to inspect a home I was purchasing. He failed to mention the gas furnace was blowing gas inside the home, he did not check the bathtub in the basement for leaks. He did not list the missing and exterior damage to the chimney either I tried to contact him about the issues he didnt report, he ignored me. I contacted the BBB he treated to due me with an attorney that is not even licensed in the state of Kentucky to practice law. I filed a complaint with the Attorney general office and he refused to reply to them. I would not hire him. I have spent 14,000 in repairs for a poor inspection. I waited to review to try to contact him and work this out with him but all he did was blame me. He said he would sue me for slander and defamation. I believe this is why he has so many positive reviews and so few negative. He threatens to sue new home owners and they take down thier reviews and withdraw thier complaints. Its not an okay business practice.
