We are not a franchise and we are not hiring. We are locally owned with the same team of inspectors for over a decade. You always get a qualified impartial opinion of the overall condition of the property. We are not affiliated with any real estate company, construction company, or other inspection company. Since Ohio does not have inspector licensing or regulation, we searched high and low and found that ASHI provides the strongest testing, vetting, and education of any home inspection organization. This is why were are ASHI Certified Inspectors.

We contacted Buyer’s Inspection Service to inspect a house we wanted to purchase. They were able to fit us in on short notice and very thoroughly inspected the house. Dave explained what he was seeing and why various items did or did not need repair while we went. The provided report is very detailed and will be of use to us after the purchase of the house. I highly recommend Buyer’s Inspection Service if you need a house inspected prior to purchase!

Truly excellent in every single way. We had Dave as our inspector when we were in the process of purchasing our 100+ year old home. Dave knows and loves old houses, which is a huge benefit because he knows what MUST be fixed and what is “nice” to fix, and his inspection clearly documents these fine details. He gave AMAZING service, top notch inspection, took time to explain findings to me (I am a novice), and immediately printed out his findings (with pics!) in a handy binder with information about how to keep my home in best condition. His inspection actually saved us quite a lot of money as we were able to negotiate the seller down almost $10,000 dollars based on his findings. We have lived in our house almost a year now and his inspection was accurate to everything we have seen in the home. We have also used Buyer’s Inspection Service FAQ Recommended Vendors page quite a lot while we are making repairs on our home and we have never been disappointed in the businesses recommended.

Professional, detailed, and organized! David was absolutely outstanding. He attention to the details will save you money in both the short term and long term. The smallest imperfection or observance is never too small for David. Very clean – in and out with absolutely no hint that he was ever there. Super friendly, had some funny stories to share! During these turbulent times he was very conscientious of COVID, respecting social distancing and wearing a mask. There a lot of choices out there for a home inspector but I promise you he is the best one in the area! Do yourself a favor and grab this expert for all your home inspection needs!
