I wasn’t expecting to have my offer accepted and had planned to go out of town at the end of this week. Billy was SO accommodating and was able to come just two days after contacting him to do an inspection on my future home. He was so responsiveness immediately even before meeting him and throughout the whole inspection, he clearly and thoroughly explained what he was doing, looking for, why it was important and what it meant for me as a future homeowner. Any questions that I had, he answered openly, provided pros and cons and helped me think realistically about future projects, ROI and general impact. I truly cannot say enough incredible things about how helpful and educational he was, especially me being a first-time homebuyer. I am beyond grateful I picked him and you will be too! His pricing was extremely reasonable, under market value and he was so friendly and made the experience enjoyable and fun!
