I had no idea about mold inspections or how they work and ended up calling a few companies and out of everyone I called zem was the best! He was very knowledgeable about everything and ended up coming out the day of and did a full inspection and is helping me solve the issue I am having in one of my units. Zem was in one word – AMAZING! While I was reaching out to potential folks for quotes, he was very transparent with pricing and what his services will include (and why). On the day of our appointment, he showed up a few min before the start of the time window. He was very meticulous and knowledgeable + super nice guy. He walked me through what he was doing and why, including answering my questions very patiently. He was able to find a few hidden/missing moisture-harboring spots that the remediation company had missed. His reports are super detailed and analytical. Overall, I am 1000% glad that I decided to go with Zem!
