Very knowledgeable and thorough service. Many fine details were listed in the report that I would have otherwise missed. He left “no stone unturned” and really gave every architectural, electrical, plumbing, and even agricultural build a complete analysis and inspection. Very friendly, focused, and helpful. Pat is a down to earth, easy to talk to guy who did a fabulous job on our home inspection(s). He was VERY thorough and broke things down in a comprehensible manner. So much so that when our initial purchase fell through due to the seller’s backing out, we immediately turned to him again for our second home inspection. He was empathetic to our time crunch and fit us in his schedule in a timely manner.
