Candid Home Inspections

Have had two inspections by Jeremy of Candid in the past two weeks for home purchases. The first uncovered some serious issues which would have cost me tens of thousands to remedy. The second, on a different home revealed a home with very few issues. Jeremy was very professional and personable. He took his time with each system and detailed his findings in a written report. He also went over each part of the written report on site so I could ask any questions I had.

I was not present when Mike did my inspection. The report was very thorough with pictures to support his findings. He did take time to speak with my son when he arrived and my son said that Mike was extremely friendly and informative.

Mike Raborn was AMAZING! He went over & beyond to make sure I understood what he was talking about on a basic level. I’m extremely pleased!
