I am giving a one star because a zero does not exist. I have an extensive list of the things that were missed in the home inspection that would have allowed me to negotiate a much better price.

Tim did an excellent job on my home inspection. He was very thorough and provided me with peace of mind that everything was was checked out properly.

Professional, on time, thorough, even went beyond the call of duty and looked at an outbuilding for me. And a nice guy to do business with. I like dealing with people who are good at what they do, and I like working with Tim.
The people buying our home hired Timothy to do the inspection on our home. Since it’s covid and we work from our home we were there for the inspection. Timothy was accommodating, professional and genuinely a great human. I didn’t think much of it because, again, we didn’t hire him we just happened to be home when he came. But when he came back 2 days later to pick up a test he had left, he brought my dogs a bag of treats! It was such a nice thing to do and really warmed my heart.
