Michael was patient and an excellent teacher going out of his way to explain how the home systems work and provided direction and advice on future home maintenance. The day following the inspection he provided a comprehensive and easy to follow report detailing every item discussed during the walk through. He also made himself available days after the inspection to answer additional questions requiring further clarification from our attorney. Michael was a pleasure to work with and gave my husband and me the confidence we needed to get our house closed.
Michael definitely knows what he is doing, he will inspect every corner of your house, the important one and the ones others sometimes miss. Very professional and reasonable too, I highly recommend him for your home inspection.
Michael was truly incredible. He is very thorough, and it was obvious he has years of experience with home structures, mechanical system and construction. He took his time to review every square inch of our home and walked us through his assessment explaining every issue, defect or marginal concern so we were able to learn and understand.

Very thorough inspection and Michael explained lots of useful info. I learned plenty as we performed the walkthrough and connecting the dots between some issues whereas I may have missed out if only reading a report where everything is in separate sections. The report was detailed and prompt turn around time. Will definitely recommend.
Michael was GREAT!!! He was on top very professional while also being personable.
