He was very polite and efficient. Although we didn’t get any discount for the inspection on our homeowners insurance, he performed the inspection very professionally. It would have been nice to get a few suggestions for more wind mitigation areas to improve on to receive more credit on the insurance.
We had an awesome experience recently with a 4-point inspection for homeowners insurance purposes. Noah Wetzel came to the house and was in and out within 45 minutes. Noah was very professional and knowledgeable about the items to be inspected. The final report was made available to us online the same day. We would highly recommend using CFBI for all your inspection needs.
Jason was professional, discrete, knowledgeable and thorough in the inspection of a duplex we are purchasing. These guys were extremely punctual with their appointment, as thorough as one could get and spent over 5 hours going through the entire building. Their report was concise, well documented with supporting photographs and they explained all the findings at the conclusion of the inspection
Jason was so great and professional! He made sure to be detailed with everything. After the inspection he explained all the things that would be needing some updating, gave great advice on how I should go about it and what should be at the top of my priority list. He also took the time to explain to me what was in good condition and why some specific materials in my house were a good choice to have and I shouldn’t change to different ones when I do some updating down the road.
The day of inspection, the inspector called me and recommended a pool inspection, which I was not going to get. After talking with him, I decided to have the pool and spa inspected as well. It was the best $65 I ever spent because all sorts of things were wrong that I did not know/could not see. Great customer service and that special touch. Highly recommend.
