Roger, the President and Inspector for Central Home Inspections LLC was born and raised in Wichita, KS. He conducts his inspections by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice. He is also NRPP Certified and State Licensed in Radon Measurements. Roger has over a decade of hands-on experience in property rehabilitation. He knows what to look for and what avenues to take if an item is in need of repair. He realizes that properly inspecting a real estate purchase prior to closing is very much worth the investment. Client satisfaction and understanding of the inspection results are Rogers’ top priority. His goal is to make your home inspection experience the best it can be, on and after the inspection date. As first time home buyers my husband and I were very nervous for finding a good home inspector but Roger did a phenomenal job! While we were stressed and a little lost he was personable and funny. Roger walked us thorough the inspection and gave us ample information about the house we were purchasing. He knew that this was our first time and went above and beyond to explain why things needed attention and what the reasoning was behind the need for repairs.

Roger is a very knowledgeable, honest, and extremely thorough inspector! He was punctual and inspected the property for several hours, and then printed his report with pictures. He met with me after the inspection to go over everything and explained any concerns, as well as, positive things he found. Above all, he was a super nice guy and easy to talk with. I thought for sure he would be annoyed with all my questions, but he was instead very receptive to my many questions. I definitely recommend him for all of your clients and for any individuals looking for a great inspector!
