Central Texas Inspections

About 3 months back, my bf and I were in the process of purchasing our first home. We didn’t have a clue on who to call for an inspection, so I searched yelp to help us out. I saw the great reviews for Terry and yelpers didn’t disappoint me. He is fantastic! Very knowledgeable of his stuff and gave extra tidbits, too. The house we were looking at was in worst shape than we thought and we backed out of the purchase.

He did a very thorough job on the inspection. He encouraged us to be at the house with him during the inspection so that we could ask questions and he could show us issues as he found them. Before we left the house he went over all of his notes with us so that he could show us anything we’d missed.

I have purchased many houses in my lifetime but, never have had a better experience. Not only did he send me a report that I could understand but he was more than happy to go over this report with me after the fact and answer any questions I had. He did not try to make things so complicated to try to make me believe he really knew his stuff as other inspectors have done. However, he really knew his stuff, but was able to explain everything in laymans terms, not just quote me code. If you are in need of an inspection, you will never find better than Central Texas Inspections.
