Regan was fantastic. He was introduced to me through a colleague of mine to inspect an older house (1950s). He was very professional, ethical and honest in his inspection. He knows old houses very well, and spent the time to thoroughly check everything. Throughout the work, he gave me detailed explanations of the issues, how they should be fixed, and how much it would potentially cost to fix them. I could get a clear idea of the issues of the house before my purchase and whether I should go ahead or not
