They were efficient and quick. After the inspection, I called for clarifications several times. They answered my questions promptly, and if they couldn’t answer them immediately, I was told that they would do some research and contact me as soon as possible. They were very helpful and I would use them again.

when I originally reached out to certified home inspectors it was to get a quote for a home inspection on a house I am currently trying to buy. I expected it to be a quick over the phone quote like the two or three inspectors I had reached out to prior, but to my surprise Mrs. Hannah would not let me off of the phone with just a quick quote. She wanted me to know their process; the guarantees, warranties, 3000 point list that they have, etc. Mrs. Hannah sold me on who to use by being so detailed from the first conversation! There were some things that needed to be fixed before the inspection could be done and I received contact from them letting me know about the delay and when they moved the scheduled time and date to. After the inspection, it took a couple of days to get the digital copy of the report emailed to me.

Very easy inspection process. The inspector for the home I am buying, Charlie, was awesome! Thorough to a fault, and he provided many helpful maintenance tips to ward off issues down the road. Having everything online made accessing the report very convenient. Highly recommend!
