Richard was fantastic! He was very detailed & honest about everything. Our house is a new construction and he gave lots of recommendations on what to do to prevent larger issues later. He spent alot of time making sure everything was good! He was not rushed and was very thorough! Great experience and great to feel confident in the building/purchase of our first house!!!

Richard was absolutely excellent. Started right on time; I was able to be present for the entire home inspection. This allowed for Richard to point out exactly what he meant when he recommended “repair” and how urgent those suggestions were. Has a background in home development/refurbishing, so very knowledgeable about what to look for and what proper recommendations were. Pleasant person and easy to talk to as well. Price was very competitive for inspection (plus radon and termite testing), more than $100 cheaper than the other quote we received. Received our inspection report the day of (which is not a guarantee, but he gets them to you within 24 hours at least). Overall, very pleased with the experience. Report is incredibly thorough with lots of pictures and arrows included. Broken down into major recommendations vs minor recommendations. Would absolutely recommend Richard to any future homebuyer in the area.

Richard is awesome! When he told me to plan on being there for three hours for my inspection, I highly doubted he would take that long. The house I hired him to inspect is only ~1300 square feet, so I thought we would be in and out pretty quick. We ended up spending closer to three and a half hours all said and done. Richard was already at the house getting setup when I arrived on time. He carefully walked through every imaginable aspect of the house. Noting any areas of concern, explaining to me what he saw, documenting everything, and then making sure he answered all of my questions before moving to another section. I feel I absolutely got my money’s worth and then some with this inspection. It’s allowed me to move forward with my potential home purchase with confidence. If I do end up needing another inspection, I will absolutely be contacting Richard again.
