Jim Champ co-founded Champ Home Inspections, Inc. in 2003. He serves as President and Senior Inspector. Jim’s background includes thousands of inspections throughout the entire Metro Atlanta area and north Georgia. Jim holds International Code Council certifications in building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Jim is also mold certified, radon certified and termite certified as a licensed pest control operator in Georgia.

Jim was a true pro. Really took the time to explain everything he saw during the inspection and what needed to be done to fix it. I would certainly recommend him to family and friends in need of an inspection.
Super nice people to deal with and very thorough. They also did radon testing on the house. I highly recommend them.
My real estate team and myself use Jim and his team on a very regular and frequent basis. They always do a great job for each and every inspection. They are punctual and extremely detailed in their process. I used Jim on my personal home purchase as well. We were and are always happy with the results. He and his team always make sure to answer any questions we have. Betsy is always quick to get us scheduled and answer our questions as well. I’d give them another star if that was an option.
