The first time we received excellent service and a very detailed inspection which ultimately saved us a lot of money! The second time that we used their service, we had some issues. They did what they felt was right to make things right and that is all that can/should be expected from a reputable company. You can’t always get it right, but you should always make the effort to make it right, and for that I give them 5 stars. The owner, Malcolm is probably one of the most professional and respectful people to deal with. He clearly knows what he is doing, having competence as well as empathy in his dealings with clients.
We relied on Tom more than the average home buyer because we were not able to be at the inspection. He worked with our realtor and made sure to answer any questions we had. The report that Chattanooga Home Inspector produced was as comprehensive as we had ever seen and we have bought several houses during our lifetime. We would highly recommend Chattanooga Home Inspector for anyone looking to buy a home.
Drew was our inspector and he was awesome! He went over any questions we had, was very detailed, and made sure we understood everything he was talking about. I definitely recommend them and Drew!
