Seller was moving for an extremely fast closing. Clay Hoskins was very cooperative and quickly did all the inspections that were asked for. Reports were detailed and easily understood. Would definitely recommend to others as well as use again if necessary.
I needed someone in Somerset to inspect a home since I was not in town. I chose Clay from CHC HOME inspection. They offered all the services I was looking for. Once I received the report, I was so glad that I chose correctly. The attention to detail was above and beyond. All items, no matter how small were photographed, documented and thoroughly explained. You wouldn’t think there would be much to find in a new build, but the detail oriented inspection had a list of items to be addressed
Overall great experience with CHC, Matt did an excellent job not only documenting things to expect with our new home. He also showed us things at the end of the inspection and clearly explained the level of severity, how they can affect our new home and how he and CHC can further help.I would call CHC again, in fact I plan on calling them for repair estimates!
