I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), Environmental Solutions Association (ESA), an affiliate of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors (DABR) and the Fairborn Chamber of Commerce.
My number one priority is to educate YOU! My inspection of the home is not a pass or fail test, but rather a collection of information to determine the true, factual condition of the home. Whether the home is a newly constructed home or a 100 year fixer-upper, you will benefit from my inspection. Even if no problems are found, you now have a detailed checklist of all areas of the home and how to maintain the home. All reports are generated on a PDF and emailed directly to you. Paper copy can be generated at request.
