Chiming Home Inspection, LLC provided a satisfactory service for my property inspection. The inspector was professional and thorough in their evaluation. They provided a detailed report that addressed all my concerns. Overall, I am pleased with their services and would recommend them.

An electrical panel not code compliant was listed on the report as “inconvenient” but not a code violation. Windows were either not operational [will not close due to rotted wood] or in two cases bolted shut and these were never addressed. He stated on report that an outside bathroom was not functional and it is. Further, the oil tank placement and layout is also not code compliant and he passed that as well. Our insurance policy is being cancelled due to these critical code issues. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Im also a mortgage broker that has referred him a hundred times over the past 15 years and everyone always loves Paul!! Great guy that gives you a great inspection!

He did a very thorough job. He was very kind and had a great attitude working everyone. Also he was very straight forward about big and small issues in which he found. Overall 5/5, I would recommend to others and the price is definitely reasonable.
