Patrick Murphy did an excellent job with my home inspection. Since it was my first and I had questions, he was very patient and responded thoroughly so I would understand. I was able to schedule the appointment within two days of my first phone call. Mr. Murphy arrived early and was careful to keep the new carpeting clean by removing his shoes upon entry. I received my inspection report complete with photos the next afternoon as promised. Overall, Mr. Murphy was a complete professional. I will readily recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.

Patrick and his septic partner did a pretty good job on our used home purchase. We contacted a couple other inspectors as well and Patrick was the only one to return our call. He was very courteous and outlined costs and any of our questions on our first conversation. He was on time and went over things with us immediately after the inspection as well as provided us a full report I believe the following day. There were few followup questions that we had over the course of the next week or so via text and Patrick got back to us with answers in a reasonable time frame. I have no problems recommending Patrick for a home inspection and would consider him for future services.
