The home inspector was very polite and arrived on time. He was courteous and respectful. He missed many things during his house inspection, especially the siding that was in need of replacement. The seller agreed to repair all the items that were identified during the inspection. He also discovered other items during his second inspection that he missed in his first. He refunded the fee we paid for the second inspection.

Chosen home inspections exceeded my expectations both in terms of the quality of their work and attention to detail. Tom was very knowledgeable about the systems of the house and was able to translate his explanations into layman’s language. He found a few items that needed to be fixed (one was the water heater). His professionalism, pleasant demeanour and diligence in closely examining the items gave me a sense of relief. It helped me cement my decision to purchase the house.

Chosen delivered a fantastic service for us. Excellent customer service (thanks, Cecelia, concierge and all!). Tom, our inspector, was SO professional and thorough. He spent two hours at the house and was then generous in his time to inform us of his findings. We received the official report later that evening. What I got out of this investment is fantastic.
