Derek and his wife Cinnamon were very thorough with the inspection we had done on our home. He took the time to explain things that needed repairing. I was very impressed with their equipment as well, a 360 degree view of the interior of our home was captured complimentary and they were very friendly. It’s always good to receive good business from good people and I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thumbs up.

Not only is Derek very professional, he was extremely thorough. I was pleased with his inspection and the report was detailed and he highlighted everything you needed to know and see. Very pleased with my inspection. I highly recommend Cinnamon Creek Inspections, you won’t regret it.

I highly recommend using Cinnamon Creek Inspection! Very detailed on reports, easy scheduling and fast responses. 360 camera is also very helpful along with drone for roof access. Will definitely keep them in the loop for any other properties that may need inspection
